Do you ship internationally?
For now, I ship only within the European Union.
Shipping has become a bit chaotic lately, so I'm focusing on reliable EU delivery to ensure your treasures arrive safely and without too many surprises.
If you live outside the EU and are interested in a custom piece, feel free to reach out — I may be able to make an exception on a case-by-case basis, but shipping will be handled manually and costs will vary.452121.00.
When will my order ship?
Each piece is handmade with care, so please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipping.
Custom or made-to-order items may take longer — I’ll let you know the timeline before we begin.
How are items packaged?
Your order will arrive safely wrapped in recyclable or eco-conscious materials, with a touch of whimsy. Opening your package should feel like discovering a keepsake from another realm.
How long does shipping take (EU)?
Within the European Union: 3–10 business days
Shipping times vary by destination and may be delayed during holidays or due to local postal services.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes! All standard orders include tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
What’s your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted on most non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
