We take pride in crafting all our garments and a majority of our items by hand within our studio. Our custom items are also meticulously crafted in-house. To offer a broader range of items at more accessible prices, certain clothing, jewelry, and accessories are created with the assistance of specialized manufacturing facilities, all based in Greece. For specific information about the origin of each item, please refer to the individual product details.

Depending on which item you purchase, the time it takes to fulfill your order may vary.We don't keep ready-made items in stock. All of our garments and made-to-order items are skilfully crafted upon order. The typical processing time is 2-4 weeks. Once your order is ready, domestic shipping will take an additional 2-4 days, while international shipping times may vary. Orders of custom made items require special care and attention during production, and we genuinely appreciate your patience in allowing us the time needed to create these exceptional pieces. Custom-Made Items:
Please note that our custom-fit items are individually tailored for you, which means we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for these unique pieces. To ensure your custom item fits you flawlessly, it's essential that you take precise measurements when providing us with your specifications. We take great care to create your item to your exact requirements, and we appreciate your attention to detail in this process. Our ultimate goal is to deliver a piece that fits you perfectly and fulfills your expectations.

Accessories and Clothing Items:
Unworn and unused accessories and clothing items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, with the exception of shipping costs. Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds for items that exhibit signs of use or damage. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

We currently ship in Greece and EU. Please note that your items may be subject to duties or import taxes depending on your country. If you live in a country where your postal system is not reliable, we recommend you do not select the cheapest shipping option.
